pulls my bipap machine without a phone call. now I have no machine to use. No return phone call for my complaint. Mask ripped. Wants me to use a machine without a tester. Charges my credit card with no invoice for me to submit to my insurance company. The list goes on.

My husband had his sleep test done and we went to vitalaire for his machine. Once his results were in they were great at helping him get his own machine and all the info needed for his benefits. Thank you for your help.

I had been shown 3 level plan and contents for the Cpap by staff (D) , I asked clearly if I pay the extra $100 for the 3rd package could I get all items after the Cpap had been paid by my insurance which she was aware of the coverage, she answered yes. I asked this at least twice as I wanted the pillow and hose holder. After the trial ended and I came to pick up my Cpap. I asked again as I wanted to pay the $100 and get all items listed. The same staff member (D) then says no that is not possible. I had also stated that I had used the small mask during the sleep study but she sends a large mask, then a medium, and finally a small mask, each mask change was an unnecessary trip into London. Vital Air responded via email asking for my full contact info to improve my customer service experience which I promptly provided including my phone number. I have voice mail, call display and email yet no contact after providing all. Just goes to show you that they already made the sale so need to follow up with customer satisfaction.

Met with MELISSA at the LONDON location today. She was PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Explained EVERYTHING in great DETAIL and set me up with a new CPAP today - along with all of the accessories. I’m very happy with Melissa and VitalAire and their service today.
