★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In general, I have great experiences when visiting their Toronto showroom. All the rep who are professional and well informed. After the purchase, the delivery process is not as pleasant as expected, first the phone operator (once prior to purchase and once the day before my expected delivery) Louissa, attitude and customer experience never can survive outside this family business, rude and unpleasant. Even, a day prior to my expected delivery, there is absolutely zero phone call, communication, or acknowledge about my delivery was advised. Anyhow after long struggle, she finally refer me to their Transportation Planner who works in Vaughan. I am really disappointed to find out their Logistics are really outdated, in getting to their next-day delivery so-call "map" require much efforts and hardship. By no means, in such simple business case with at most 8-10 deliveries per day, making the planner so difficult to turn out a transportation plan. Even on the day of delivery, I never receive a phone-call from her to confirm the schedule, just an outstanding experience I never expected even from a Canadian company. Moreover, I was told the bed when removing the castors shall have rubber sole, so the metal legs not touching the floor, which I found out from the delivery person that is not true. Still, I would certainly recommend their professional showroom facilities and attitudes. Unfortunately, their supply-chain and management is not what I expected in this information age.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say better things about my experience with Vital Mobility. Circumstance left us with needing to find a hospital bed for my mother urgently. Other vendors did not have most models on display in the showroom. Having no experience and little time for research, I needed someone to walk me through the different options since you don't make that kind of investment by ordering blindly online. I called Vital Mobility and within an hour was at their Bathurst store, and paid for the bed of my choice within half an hour. It is apparently a family run business they're very knowledgable and helpful. Another thing was their super speedy delivery. Whereas most other vendors I called gave me a week to two weeks delivery estimate, we got our bed delivered and installed the very next day. I highly recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a great experience. The lovely owner was able help us choose the perfect walker and to adjust the height for my great aunt. He also assured us that they were available for any future adjustments/repairs in the future. It all took less than an hour from the time i called to inquire to the time we paid and left. Im so glad I chose vital mobility bathurst location and its a family business to boot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company has a wide range of products to meet every need. The service is excellent and the delivery and set-up are exceptional. But best of all is the assistance provided in helping customers select the right products to meet their personal needs. I will never go anywhere else for mobility devices. I'd give them more than 5 stars if that were an option.
It has now been a year since my original review, and each encounter I have with Vital Mobility reinforces my high opinion of the company. You can't ask for more professional, more helpful service. A wonderful company to deal with!

Valentina communicated directly with the facility to make sure my Mom would get exactly what she needed. Valentina couldn't have been more helpful and the overall service couldn't have been better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just left Vital Mobility at 3537 Bathurst Street in Toronto. I was initially impressed with their website and how easy it was to access so much information, such as detailed product info , as well as product availability. This information, was very much appreciated.
I am having double knee replacement surgery and Carolina was an absolute delight to deal with. She has great knowledge about the products she sells and is the epitome of what customer service is all about. Vital Mobility is now my go to place for Home Health Care and I would highly recommend this business, to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Vital Mobility on Bathurst Street to purchase a lift chair that I needed urgently for my dad, and Carolina was extremely helpful! I had purchased a lift chair elsewhere, and was promised a date, which then got delayed by a few weeks and I was not able to wait. Carolina was able to help us find a chair and get it delivered the very next day! So thankful we found this store! Would highly recommend it to anyone in need of mobility equipment!
