Visit Moose Jaw - Moose Jaw

The Destination Marketing Fund Partnership Inc., aptly named Visit Moose Jaw, was created in 2014.  We are a not for profit organization governed by a volunteer board of directors. Our mission is to show the world what our beautiful city has to offer as a desirable travel destination for leisure, meetings, conventions and events, with a sole purpose to support the development and marketing of tourism assets in the City of Moose Jaw that will ultimately result in increased attendance and spending at member properties.

Safe Travel Tips

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way we travel. Be aware of travel restrictions and follow all health advisories and safety guidelines. Being responsible and open to these changes will help us all to stay safe and Saskatchewan to stay open.

1. Stay open by staying apart

Keep a two-metre distance between yourself and others, both indoors and out. When visiting beaches and parks, groups should be at least four metres apart.

2. Pack the essentials

Limit your impact on the communities you visit by stocking up on essential items before you leave. Put together a clean safety kit – hand sanitizer, face masks, gloves, disinfectant wipes, first-aid kit, snacks and water.

3. Know before you go

Businesses and attractions are doing things differently this year. Some are running at limited capacity or have different operating hours. Plan ahead and confirm that the place you want to visit is open. Know what to expect when you arrive. Respect the new rules and guidelines in place.

4. Travel in small groups

Travelling with fewer people makes practicing physical distancing easier to do and help lower your impact on the places that you visit.

5. Support local

Saskatchewan businesses need your support more than ever. Health guidelines are in place for sectors and businesses that are open. By respecting the rules and procedures, we can enjoy our favourite cafês, restaurants, stores and attractions. Following the guidelines is essential to staying safe and keeping Saskatchewan open.
