★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're nice and honest people. Helpful in every step of the way. We applied for a Spouse Sponsorship with them. They were always in touch with us, keeping us posted with all the updates. We also got married in their office and they helped us to arrange all that.They care about their clients. We're still on the process due covid. But they keep in touch with us, and they always answered all my questions. They're definitely people you can trust. And they speak several languages too!

They were very flexible with payment and understood our circumstances during covid. They charge DOUBLE the price comparing to other agencies. I left a 1 star review earlier because I was very unhappy with the ridiculous amount they ask me for. Since I already started my applications already and I know how much the service usually cost, around 3k and over the phone they said 5-7K. That’s why i get they were not sincere. But my apologies, they didn’t deserve a 1 star review. Then the owner called me, kept questioning me why I left 1 star review and just telling me to take the review off. The owner didn’t seem to care about my opinion at all, he did not let me talk just sort of threaten me to delete the review. Please be sincere treating your customers. Our money doesn’t grow on trees especially during Covid. I’m not saying this place is not good, it’s just way OVERPRICED to my opinion. And best luck to you!
