β β β β β Do NOT register for grade 12 upgrading courses from Virtual High School. The Math and Science courses have conflicting errors that are confusing and frustrating. They charge almost the same as universities but did not respect a request to withdraw registration that was made within one week of registration in November 2021. Universities provide a refund of tuition, but Virtual High School refused a request for a refund. Apparently, full tuition for five courses is a βreasonable administration chargeβ. Beware, this school wants your money and does not provide a quality education experience.

β β β β β My son is with VHS for the last 2 years as he spends lots of time traveling for golf tournaments, and they are the best you can find!
Really well made with great contents and my son loves it!
Such a nice way to combine his school and his passion for his sports!

β β β β β Since my arrival at Virtual High School, It's been a wonderful experience; I like that we can go at our own pace and that we can contact our teachers or other people if we have any questions or need assistance with our courses. Certain people may believe I was paid to post this review; you have the right to your opinion, but in all honesty, I am very comfortable in Virtual High School because this is my first online Canadian high school and I have previously attended an online school; I am enjoying this experience.

β β β β β I am a student and it is an excellent school with a high level of education. Not only that, it allows the flexibility for other activities and the creation of your own pace and schedule. This school is excellent and I would 100% recommend. This is also a great way for people to get an OSSD diploma even if not located in Ontario or Canada.

β β β β β As an international high performance athlete, Virtual high school has been a key factor in being successful in school. The quality of the course work is above par. In addition, The platform allows me to work remotely from anywhere in the world, schedule due dates around competitions, and the fast track option is life-saving as I usually have windows of time to complete work when Iβm on the road. Getting feedback and questions answered within 24 hours is so important as on other platforms for online learning teacher response can take up to a week which doesnβt work for me as I am usually dealing with issues such as travel and competition schedules and internet access around the world. I highly recommend Virtual High School as an excellent alternative to a tradition high school setting!!!

β β β β β I highly recommend VHS to any high school students in Ontario or around the world. The course content is easy to navigate and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. You can do all your work at your own pace. Learning with VHS is great but my favourite thing about it is actually all of the activities organized for students outside of academics. Things like interesting (virtual) field trips, guest speakers, trivia games, giveaways, book club, etc. make the virtual high school experience interesting!

β β β β β Virtual High School is a highly organized and engaging learning platform. The teachers are always ready to answer questions or provide feedback. The course content is written in a way that is easy to understand and grasp. Furthermore, the content includes many learning resources such as quizzes, concept matching exercises, step-by-step explained examples etc. We highly recommend learning with Virtual High School! We have had highly positive experiences learning with VHS!

β β β β β Virtual High School is the best school I have ever been to. I understand some students think that virtual learning is harder to do than physical learning because you cannot communicate with your teacher face to face or walk into a classroom. However, Virtual High School is one of the most supportive environments in any school (virtual or bricks-and-mortar). The teachers and staff such as the guidance team at VHS are so qualified and so supportive. For example, if you need special accommodations or are having a difficult time (life-wise or school-wise) VHS is always there to support. The teachers are so kind as well. Any email communication I have puts a smile on my face. On top of that, VHS provides free online tutoring! The tutors at Paper are very supportive and break down concepts you don't understand step by step. Not to mention, the lessons and assignments which are created by the VHS staff are very fun and engaging (rare for any school!) and often require creativity. The information you learn also sticks with you because it is so involving. Overall, the VHS staff believes in its students and I would recommend VHS to anyone who wants to get a high school diploma or even post-secondary.
