Bad Bad Bad We are Autobody Shop in Edmonton. I paid deposit to order the chemical fire suppression system for my paint booth on Dec, 2016. I try to arrange to stop the business 2 weeks for renovation on May, 2017 and do the suppression system install at the same time, but they didn't show up, Kevin said because the renovation team didn't call him so he didn't know the shop is ready for install, ok fine. Now I made another appointment Oct 30, 2017 from a month ago and I arrange to stop my business for a week for them to install the suppression system again, Kevin call me end of last week Oct 27, 2017 (Actually is I keep call him and left a message from a week before an appointment) and he said they need to delay the job for 2 weeks because they are running behind, I told him I arrange to stop the business on coming Monday for a week already, I can't delay it anymore, he said ok, then they have to find another team to come install that for me. Today is the appointment day Oct 30 and I keep waiting and call Kevin few times said I'm waiting them at the shop right now please call me back and nobody answer or call back... Now is 2:36pm... What the heck is that? How can they treat the customer like that? Why I need to keep stop the business and just wait you guys show up? I can't stop the business for a week and do nothing... Somebody please respond to me and tell me what's going wrong.

Nearly run completely off the Anthony henday by one of their drivers, a middle aged woman with glasses and shoulder length blonde/brown hair. She wasn’t even remotely paying attention and came into my occupied lane forcing me onto the shoulder and nearly causing a very serious accident (thank goodness I WAS paying attention) laid on my horn and didn’t seem to phase her at all. As I passed her she seemed completely oblivious to the fact that she could have killed someone. No truck number that I could see to report this person.

Complete joke of a company. Took over 4 months to install a simple monitoring panel. Then the panel was showing an error within a year. They charged $800 for a replacement part. The entire unit itself was $2000. Then another $800 on top of that. You would expect a warranty of some sort, but they said it was an older model that they provided me, so no warranty. What a ripoff.

I have been using Vipond since 2009, since then they must have had some form of restructuring as I have not been able to get service from them at all this year. I had contacted "Jason" 3 months ago in regards to getting service for our facility at a minimum of 4 times over the past 3 months and was told on every occasion some kind of B.S. I specifically contacted them 3 months in advance to schedule service as I needed to schedule other vendors to work in conjunction with Vipond and none of my calls were ever returned. I have contacted him this week as I require service this week and now he tells me that they are "really busy and he will keep me posted" LOL, I spoke with their secretary and asked for Jasons work e-mail address so I could send my request through that route however she told me that she did not have that information. I tried contacting their after hours call center and was told that they would put in an emergency rush call on the service and I was never contacted. After trying to get them to come out and complete an annual test on our systems over 10 times I give up I am sure that this company is only interested in doing residential installs and has no desire to assist their corporate customers, good bye.

Vipond staff were SUPER easy to deal with, from the office to the field staff. They made the annual inspection of our fire protection systems simple and painless. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a professional contractor take care of their fire protection needs.

Sometimes people are the best. Two days after my sisters memorial Martin really helped me out on a tough job and went the extra mile to find me a small piece needed (escutcheon) that they had β€œa few of kicking around” and even better for free. Can’t say enough how much it meant to me at that time.
