★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michelle, I am sorry for any misunderstanding in our conversation. As our business is not a retail store location, we request that customers call first to make an appointment. This is indicated on our website. There are any number of reasons as to why we cannot readily be available for people when they arrive unexpectedly. Regarding our turn around time, we cannot control how busy our schedule can be, but this happened to be a very busy time of year when you came by. I think it is for most embroidery shops. I had asked what you needed done and you had mentioned that you had a shirt that you wanted embroidered to which I indicated that we do not do single item orders. You then asked if I knew of anyone else who could help. Unfortunately, I also cannot possibly know what other embroidery shops can or cannot do to accommodate certain types of orders. I apologize if you felt this was rude or inconsiderate in any way. I did feel that it was best to be up front with what our schedule is like and if we could or could not take on your project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So rude and unhelpful!!! Drove to the address posted online. Just a house in a residential neighborhood, with no signage. So I called from the driveway to make sure I had the right place - I did. Before I had a chance to ask any questions at all, the lady who answered the phone stated there was a 3 week turn around for any work. Then proceeded to tell me she did NOT do single items. Her words and tone making it VERY clear she was not at all interested in new business.
As I did have just two items I wanted done (which, incidentally, she did not know when she so rudely gave me the verbal push-away), I asked her if she could recommend another place that would be able to help me. Her reply was a brisk - No, I would just have to phone around.
I'm sorry, but any business worth dealing with would have some idea of what their competition was in the area - and be polite enough to direct customers to someone who can help them out if they are unwilling to!
What ever happened to polite service? Is it a thing of the past???
