★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my Husbands company booked their Christmas outing with VIP.....wow, we felt like celebrities!! The luxury bus is amazing, leather seats, monitors, tinted windows even had outlets to charge ur phone!! When we got to our destination, people were waiting outside to see who was in the bus!!! VIP status .....the driver was very professional and drove like a pro....highly recommend this company for any company or private event.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This adventure started off with a Niagara Falls trip request. it turned out to be a company that we used for our work events while in Toronto. My boss organized a day out and we were recommended this company. Lisa and Sameer were our drivers. We got a brand new luxury bus with big comfy seats and WIFI! Th men fought over who got to go with Sameer in the new SUV Cadillac....All in all great customer service, great experience, down to the finer touches.Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got picked up in a prestige highway coach bus for our company retreat to the JW Marriott in Minet. Driver was superb, well dressed and actually knew where he was going! Hard to find that in today's age, they all rely on GPS which takes us the longest way.
Water was given to us at the beginning of the trip and the driver was nice enough to make a stop along the way even though they had a washroom on the bus.
Great Service, Price is right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could not be happier with the service. The busses were extremely clean and the drivers are true professionals.
Lisa, Sam and Jason took us on a day trip to Algonquin park. We visited many sites and my clients wanted to experience the fall colors. There was nothing they could not handle. On the way back they offered to make a stop so the group can get dinner as it was long weekend traffic coming back.
Super impressed with the service. Second to none

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GREAT TEAM!!!! My team and I were impressed with the little details the company provided and the VIP service we received! We were with Sam and the bus for 3 days, and everyday was new surprises, and we were actually looking forward to the next morning to spend the day with this team. Toronto driving does not look fun, and we are so glad we went with this livery service and SAM. Hoping to bring a fresh graduate group back to Toronto next year!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crystal went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was met. It started with the fast and efficient reply of the initial email. She took the time to know what the group really wanted and suggested some great restaurants. We were going to take the train from Toronto to Montreal, but ended up taking the bus for 5 days. The driver Sam was unbelievable. He is truly a 5 star professional driver. He was very attentive to our needs and knows the routing very well. In Quebec City he surprised us with a visit and a tour of the Chateau Frontenac!!! There was never a dull moment on the trip and Sam maneuvered the bus like it was a smart car.
I truly thank the staff at VIP and the name definitely speaks for itself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we were staying in Niagara Falls and after our tour decided to book at VIP livery service to Toronto. I think we were given the best driver ever!!! He was very friendly and loved to hear about our journey so far. While we didn't want a tour, just a driver, he made it a point to show us a few key points in Toronto. Definitely a true vip livery service. I stand by their products, drivers and vehicles. ( First we has a small bus, than the long day was a Escalade. Cheers

It seems they do a lot of celebrity and manager work as they are well coordinated. Doesn't matter your status you are definitely treated like a VIP!
