★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to make a fast trip from Toronto to Manitoulin Island during the covid lockdown and Northland was the only bus running that route. The price was a great surprise and the drivers were just amazing. Really friendly and helpful. Comfy seats. Good rest stops. Wifi! and Electrical outlets. Clean and people were spaced far apart. I will definitely use this company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bus never showed up. I was waiting 5 minutes before it's scheduled arrival. No signs indicating where the bus will stop. Customer service was useless and sassy. Never using this company again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your gonna take the bus from barrie to Toronto save your time and money and take the go bus. The bus is ALWAYS 30 minutes late and they charge a whole 30 dollars for that ? Ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible bus line - the express bus from Barrie to Toronto now takes half an hour longer than it used to and the price is exorbitant - over $30 one way! We used to take the hour long express all the time but now it just isn't worth it anymore! It's also at least half an hour late every single time so it ends up being a two hour ordeal just Barrie to Toronto! Pathetic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled from Union Station Trimmings to Sudbury and bus left on time. Driver was really courteous and I was in the terminal waiting from 8am until 11:30pm for my bus. It was a beautiful new building and luckily free Wi-Fi to help please the hours I had to wait by watching movies using the free Wi-Fi on my phone. It was very comfortable and nice to have places to grab a bite to eat as well. Nothing but good to say about my time there.
