★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell a variety of products and have traditional products from Syria and other Middle Eastern countries, the place is clean, the nuts are delicious and so are most of the sweets. Most of the staff are nice but not all. If you have not visited the place yet, I advise you to visit, but keep in mind that the prices are generally high and some products are overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm always like a kid in a candy store (literally!!) in this place, in awe and fascination of every item as soon as I walk in. Staff here are very helpful and generous, always offering an item to try! The nut selection is sublime, the Rocher cake is like nothing you'll find in London. Kids enjoyed the ice cream here.
Highly recommend a visit! Guarantee you'll be back.
Be warned it'll likely be extra busy during Ramadan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had nothing but delicious products from this store. Every time I go in I'm offered something new to sample, like the sweets, which are delicious. I'm not familiar with some of the products, so I ask questions and the staff are always really helpful. I'll definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mixed review. The store looked really neat and smelled even better. I was watched like a hawk when My wife, daughter and I were in there. Felt uncomfortable, employee said I'm here if you have any questions. I asked how much the tea was and I was told "not much." Not helpful and also nothing is priced.
We went to the baklava and nuts, where a real nice man came out to help us. Got some baklava which was good and the nuts were amazing, but expensive! I'll go back for some nuts, but quick in and out for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing. It provides a unique experience for the customers and takes them all the way back to the Middle East. Fresh sweets and dry fruits, authentic coffee with various flavors, and beautiful cups and dishes are just a drop in the oceans. It is so easy to get lost in fascination when you enter the shop.
All the above, coupled with great customer service, makes it a wonderful place to shop.. Despite being extremely busy, they take care of your needs so well.
I definitely recommend it.
