We will miss our trips to this store every few months to pick up his favourite seed mix. Everyone here is always so pleasant and helpful. Thank you to Vince's Pet Centre for our little family member that we will hold in our hearts forever.

I didn't buy my bird from him as he didn't have anything available when I was looking, but I go him for everything, food, nail/wing clipping and other supplies. He's amazing and I would highly recommend him. He takes care of his birds and he's had the business for 2 generations and it shows.

They are very passionate about birds and knew their individual personalities. I came in looking to purchase a green cheek conure, which they have lots of. Casey and his wife brought out many different birds and allowed me to spend as much time as I wanted holding and playing with them. There was absolutely no rush on time, in fact they let me stay even after the store had closed. I ended up being chosen (rather than choosing the bird) by a very sweet pineapple conure that Casey recommended to me. The bird kept flying back to me when we would pass him around and would let me scratch his head. As soon as I brought him home I knew I made the right choice. He has been very sweet and not nippy at all. He will let me cuddle him for hours, so adorable! I would highly recommend this place. This is not your regular pet store that gives rushed service and has no real care for the birds best interest. Coming here feels like visiting family, it was a great experience. I will be returning in the future!

My partner and I had checked out a few bird stores but landed on Vince's pet store after a glowing recommendation from reliable Canary breeder. And we were not disappointed! Casey is a knowledgeable and friendly bird breeder. All of his birds were healthy and you can tell he truly cares for the birds and is fully invested in them. He also cared about setting us up with the perfect bird for us. He took the time to answer all of our questions and allow us to look at all the baby conures he had. We got to spend time with them and watch them fly around. We finally settled on a beautiful yellow sided baby conure with such a fun loving personality. We are picking him up next week and we are thrilled! If you are in the market for a new bird or need bird goods, Vince's pet centre is the one stop shop. Update: we've had this little guy for about 3 weeks now and he's perfect! Healthy, happy and full of spunk. He's not a picky eater, super playful and smart - he is already learning new tricks. His color is bright and vibrant. Couldn't be happier with our feathered baby from Vince's pet centre!

Did a quick google search and found Vince’s pet centre that was nearby and since he had amazing reviews I decided to go and see what type of birds he had. Upon arrival I was kind of intimidated as I didn’t know anything about owning a parrot, but man as soon as I entered the door I was greeted with a happy smile and friendly service from Casey, he was so kind and asked me all sorts of questions to determine the bird I wanted, and I know they say not to get a parrot just cause it talks….. but that’s what I wanted lol. I told him that I wanted a colourful parrot that talked and as he showed my around his beautiful store we stumbled upon a beautiful blue, hand fed quacker baby!! As soon as this little dude flew in my chest I knew it was the ONE!!! He also gave me a solid deal on a cage and free bird food for a month!!!! He didn’t have to do thanks Casey!!! Definitely will only be coming here as he was super duper knowledgeable about birds and seemed like such a great caregiver to his birds. Speaking of his birds my guy has some cool exotic birds too, but they cost as much as a used Honda Civic so hopefully in the near future I will be going back to get a macaw!!! Casey’s birds are all worth the price and they all seemed very happy. Again thanks so much for helping me find my best friend for life!!!!
