C	CookingWith Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super clean! My favorite part about living here (besides my actual apartment) is walking through the lobby and smelling how fresh and clean it is! Luc does an awesome job keeping the place clean and functional, and he’s a funny guy if you ever get a chance to talk to him. Super helpful as well! Administration has been super accommodating since day one. I don’t know everyone’s name in the office but Nadis runs a tight ship and he runs it well. Everyone in the office is friendly and well mannered. Neighbors are a mixed bag, there are those who just politely mind their business and those who interact as neighbors do. I’ve made a few friends since moving in and so has my daughter which is great especially during these times. 10/10, would recommend!

Nadis and his team was very flexible and accommodating and made the experience smooth and way less stressful. I can’t stress how it was helpful for the mama with an infant and during the pandemic. The building is newly renovated, well maintained. The management is quick on taking actions when we file a request. And the location is really great in a quiet neighbourhood. There are two small parks nearby with play grounds. And Gatineau park is just across the street with access to its trials . And it takes a minute or so to get on the highway to go get the errands done or get to Ottawa.

I had a bit of trepidation moving during a pandemic, but the entire process was smooth. I chose to do everything contact-less, and the property managers answered every question I had leading up to the move-in date. On move-in day, I was pleased to find in my apartment a nice welcome basket including coffee, chocolate, a mask and a mug. They have been taking health and safety seriously, and have huge sanitizer stations set up at each entrance. Whenever I leave the apartment, I have also noticed that maintenance is doing regular deep cleaning. I am a woman in my 20s living alone, and this neighborhood is perfectly safe and quiet. The building is a nice mix of families and young professionals. Gatineau Park is right across the street and it is only a 10 minute drive from Ottawa city center. I would recommend this property to anybody looking in the capital region.

During COVID times, they have taken extra steps to ensure the safety and cleanliness in the building, like adding hand sanitizers at the main entrances and spraying down all commonly touched areas with cleaner ( like apartments door handles). Additionally, snow removal is done promptly and if anything is broken it seems to be fixed quickly . The building is pet friendly too! I recommend living here if you get the chance!

When I have a problem with my apartment it is taken care of right away the same day I email or call the office. The maintenance is really good as well. the building is kept clean and fixed up at all times. Rent is reasonable compared to Ottawa and all inclusive, AND allows dogs ♡. I just had a baby, this is our first home as a new family and will be staying another year for sure.

Rent pricing seems fair & is competitive with other local listings. I had some issues dealing with the building staff, but the Osgoode Properties head office is very responsive and helpful and improved my overall experience.

Everyone was so helpful while we moved in, especially during covid making things more difficult and it was great. The building is kept clean, there are always staff on site if needed and it is very easy to get in contact with whoever you may need. Everyone here is so friendly and it is a quiet place! The apartment units themselves are so lovely and fully renovated! We truly love calling this our home. I highly recommend this place!!

The management team of both Mr Robert Smeaton and Nadis Bakana have been professional, courteous, patient and understanding. I have also been impressed with the superintendent team of Luc and Brent as they continue to make sure that all is always fixed up!!!
