★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice park, it is conveniently placed to stop and hang out with some peeps, but it is often highly littered, which is to be expected with the area in which it is. Supervised washrooms are super strange, there really is something odd about having someone in the room listening to you pee to make sure you are not overdosing, great demonstration of just how bad the opiate crisis is in Vancouver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to smoke a joint and relax. It has spotless washrooms that are monitored. Overall, it's not a place I'd take kids, but for a couple of adults it's an alright park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This very special park represents a memorial to Vancouverites who lost their lives in WW1..there is a granite cenotaph which’s engages the visitors attention and draws further exploration..there is plenty of green space and seating available..it is situated between W Hastings and W Pender Streets..I sat for 30 minutes just reflecting on world events …it’s an interesting park to visit …
