★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very honest and upfront! We have 3 different vehicles that we've taken to them so far. Father and Son company with decades of experience between them. When we took our jeep there, & found out a $1500 repair job was required. They could have charged us for that work, but they looked it up and found out some of the issues were still under warranty and told us to go to a jeep dealership to get the same work done for free! We would have never known that if they hadn't told us as we bought the jeep used. So we ended up with no bill at all. We've been loyal ever since.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a Jeep from a seller on Kijiji. It turned out to be a bad car - full of problems. I took it to Toronto Chrysler and they quoted me $3400 to repair everything. Ouch. I took it to the good folk at Victorian Auto and they did all the repairs for a fraction of the price. I'm extremely impressed with how professional and friendly they are. Needless to say they're now my regular mechanics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing that the touch up painting done on front right side of my car started peeling off after 5 months. They blamed that it was caused by very cold winter weather, but I think weak bonding of new paint over existing one caused peeling off.
