★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Six weeks of physio followed by six weeks of rehab and they completely missed the IT- band syndrome. Anytime I mentioned the pain running up and down my leg that was different from the issue that WSBBC was paying for, Dthey just turned away and didn't respond. Also refused to reply to calls or emails da after my claim wS up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review isnt based on any service received so i cant comment on that. He appears to be a fine physio.
My review is bad because for 2 weeks in a row now they have cancelled my appointment at the very last minute.
In fact the first one they didnt even contact me to cancel. I called the night before to confirm that i had the right time. It was then that they informed me that my appointment was cancelled. That is not good enough, i should get a little more notice than that and i shouldnt need to contact them to be informed of the cancellation the night before.
They put me in for an appiontment this coming Friday. Today again they call me to cancel.
Soccer season due to start on Saturday, the first cancellation was already a big setback and now this.
Will be seeking a different Physio in the future.
