★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't lawfully enter my own dwelling/home without having to attempt to wait for an Officer to be in attendance. May not be able to leave of my own free will lawfully either. So I record, while broadcasting with several witnesses viewing as well. Legal Council viewing or listening or possibly sent many such scenarios averaging 4 a day will transpire. Which I'm estimating over the course of possibly a year or more.vSeveral hundred times. Beginning now. Call initialized at 8:46 pm to non Emergency lince. Abrasive standoffish response when relevant information clearly defined to receiver. Typical gaslighting attempting to blame me the caller and victim..cUpdate 10:55 p.m. and I was left with no option other than to enter hazardously of my safety physically by a rear window. I hope someone saw me and then that will bring the Vic Police. Expecting having to do this routinely, daily and keep[p a recorded record of such. If a passerby or immediate neighbor sees me, I will encourage them to report an alleged Break and Enter and to do so each and every time. I may just post huge banners to the effect. Essentially the Victoria Police Service are Clowns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Current Victoria police “controlled access points” in James Bay claim to be based on alleged escalations elsewhere, without any evidence of a local escalation. Without any anticipated timeline for ending enforcement of “controlled access points”, such action from a police department contravenes the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and is therefore unconstitutional. I wouldn't give it a star at all but this system requires it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am appalled and disgusted with the use of the Victoria Police Department by this government. It is all about politics and has nothing to do with crime. Stop the blockade of the Truckers. They have a legal right to protest. I live in James Bay within steps of the legislature and I love the honking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love these guys, yep, my 1000.00 cell phone is in Ontario, they can't do a thing, heckle our place staff, your charged with threats causing death, but our place has been killing people for 7 years, Police: not our problem your homeless, your charged plead guilty or pay 10,000 for a trial. But someone steals your hard earned property gfl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My brother was trying to find his missing friend that he suspected of being in danger of an overdose. He knew vaguely where she was but there were multiple possible locations she could be and needed help. When the police were contacted they came to take information about the physical appearance of the friend for 15 minutes of critical time and said it was unrealistic for them to search for her. Probably weren’t interested in keeping people safe in this instance since there wouldn’t be a chance for them to arrest or abuse anyone. My brother eventually found his friend safe, but it appalls me that the police did nothing at all to help the situation when someone’s life was potentially at risk, they had already been dispatched, and had a relatively small area to search.
