As a result I get top notch care, that comes with the mechanical and functional understandings I need of my body as I recover. Paula listens to my needs and body and tailors my pilates sessions accordingly. I made huge strides in my recovery and in my overall sense of well-being as a result of using Pilates to heal and strengthen my body. I Highly recommend Victoria Pilates.
