★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them in January and asked to be put on the list for late winter early spring delivery. They called early March as requested and delivery was on time. As we were going to re-stack in our woodshed, he even came back a second time to pick up his racks. After having used this wood now for 30 days I can say we use almost half the wood as before and this is generating alot more heat. Also quick note a few pieces split off make the easiest kindling. Thanks again....we will definitely be buying again. Well worth the extra...you'll receive it back in burning less wood not too mention chimney cleaning. Kim and Kevin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my order too late and the fire ban caused further delay. But they never forgot me and contacted me when it was lifted. When the order was ready they delivered on time. Delivery was to be at 2pm on Friday and it was here at 2:10pm. Pretty darn good! The product was very good! Uniform length pieces, well split. Love the pallet system they use! First time with Victoria Firewood but definitely won’t be the last!
