β β β β β Excellent all around. I've bought items off the shelf that they make and they are EXCELLENT. Some of the prices may be a little high for some things but the flavor and quality is what you are paying for. Smoked pork bellies is amazing. It's German pork. Not Canadian. Ask about the difference. It's quite interesting.
Brought my wild game for the first time as recommended by a friend. I will not even look at another again. Every person in my house enjoys it ( that is not historically the norm).
For reference this place is over 1.5hrs each way from my house. Thats how much I enjoy the quality.
Favorites are maple breakfast sausage and garlic sausage coil.

β β β β β As usual I always take my harvesting to Victoria Fancy Sausage, as per normal it's delicious. The turn around time from dropping it off to picking up finished product was 3 days for a 492 lb moose .

β β β β β Absolutely delicious fresh items. We stop by at least 2 times per week it's always spotless in the shop and the ladies greet evey guest and are amazingly helpful. Every item is prepared and served with care and the customer in mind. The decor is vintage and interesting Edmonton heritage at its best. Excellent and outstanding service and quality value for money and very tasty..

I will often pick up their pasta salad for when I do a BBQ, its super delicious, however they don't make it every day, so you should order ahead.
I've also ordered fresh burger patties for my BBQs from here and they have been very good.
Some times I will swing by and get their Jalapeno smokie to go, very tasty, just sucks they don't serve it with cheese.
