★ ★ ★ ★ ★ weird class structure. Went to this studio for the first time.
I was called out three times by name by the instructor throughout the class in front of everyone, which made me extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed.
Each position was not provided with any type of variation and seemed more like a boot-camp atmosphere rather than a meditation practice.
If you prefer a fast-pace, loud, and non-relaxing atmosphere then I'd recommend these classes for you. however, if you are new to the class be aware that the descriptions of each pose are fast and unclear and you may spend half of the time looking to see what everyone else does.
The people who seemed to know what they were doing obviously like this type of structure and continue to practice here, all the power to them. Nonetheless, it was not for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The instructors are all great. Sonia the owner is a fantastic person who leads many of the classes. I think the place is so good because of the hands on ownership! The place is always sparkly clean and I always leave way for refreshed than when I arrived. Love this place!
