Non seulement leur processus nâest pas simplifiĂ© comme ils le laissent croire dans leur publicitĂ©, mais leurs partenaires ne respectent pas les rv donnĂ©s et ne vous Ă©coutent pas lorsque vous donnez des dĂ©tails. Ils sont allĂ©s jusquâĂ me dire quâils ne savaient pas ce quâĂ©tait la profession « ressources humaines » et mâont demandĂ© plus dâ information par rapport Ă cette situation de « femme au foyer ». Pour eux, ressources humaines = femme au foyer. Ils sont de plus trĂšs radins et nâenvoient mĂȘme pas dâenveloppe prĂ©affranchie. Sâils agissent de la sorte en plein processus de demande, imaginez comment ils doivent ĂȘtre sâil y a des rĂ©clamations ! Ă Ă©viter absolument pour vos besoins dâassurances! Cette expĂ©rience mâa vraiment laissĂ© un goĂ»t amer et je ne recommande pas du tout. Allez avec une compagnie plus rigoureuse mais sĂ©rieuse et professionnelle!

J'ai modifié ma note et ai mis 3 étoiles au lieu d'une, car j'ai été contactée par la direction qui a pris au sérieux ma plainte et qui m'a assurée que le problÚme provenait de leur fournisseur médical. Il est malheureux qu'un fleuron québécois soit victime du mauvais service offert par son fournisseur.
I have withdrawn my life insurance application with them because they are not professional at all. Not only is their process not streamlined as they suggest in their advertising, but their partners do not respect given rvs and listen to you when you give details. They went so far as to tell me that they did not know what the "human resources" profession was and asked me for more information about this "housewife" situation. For them, human resources = housewife. They are also very tight-lipped and don't even send a postage-paid envelope. If they do this in the middle of the application process, imagine what they must be like if there are complaints! Absolutely avoid for your insurance needs! This experience really left me with a bitter taste and I don't recommend it at all. Go with a more rigorous but serious and professional company!
UPDATE :
I changed my rating and put 3 stars instead of 1 as I was contacted by management who took my complaint seriously and assured me that the issue was with their medical supplier. It is unfortunate that a Quebec flagship is the victim of the poor service offered by its supplier.

Il est difficile d'obtenir des information sur les produits disponibles. Et je me suis retrouvĂ© au fil du processus Ă avoir souscrit Ă la police d'assurance vie sans vraiment le savoir (SĂ©rieusement, le processus est trompeur et le moment de la "signature officielle" n'est pas prĂ©sentĂ© ainsi). Ainsi, je me suis retrouvĂ© avec un police d'assurance vie (que j'ai annulĂ©), sans le vouloir rĂ©ellement. Bref. Je n'ai absolument pas apprĂ©ciĂ© mon expĂ©rience.
This experience is absolutely not personalized. I expect, by shopping my life insurance, to have access to a minimum of advice, or at least to quickly get answers to my questions so that my insurance is personalized to my needs. It is difficult to obtain information on available products. And I found myself in the process of subscribing to the life insurance policy without really knowing it (Seriously, the process is misleading and the moment of the "official signature" is not presented as well). So, I ended up with a life insurance policy (which I canceled), without really wanting it. Short. I absolutely did not appreciate my experience.

â â â â â I don't understand the previous negative reviews, on a contrary, the shortest and simplest experience for buying an insurance I ever had. On top, very fast and clear answers from the counselor (NadĂšge M.) and more than 40% lower price compared to the same product I had for 10 years from IA. The only thing I'm missing is that, despite the procedure is mostly online or by email, I can't access my file online on their website, I just have my policy on paper, but I assume it's just a temporary issue.
