The Italian Piadina is a staple of Italian Street Food in Italy, a flatbread originating from the Emilia-Romagna region (namely Forli-Cesena, Ravenna and Rimini).For centuries it has been made from simple, fresh, wholesome ingredients. The dough consists of 100% artisan durum wheat flour, cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil, Mediterranean Sea salt and spring water. The soft dough is gently kneaded and carefully baked to perfection right in front of you then generously filled with fresh, local, authentic Italian ingredients..
The Via Cibo Piadina is handmade right in front of you and then made to order by adding our selection of wholesome ingredients. The choices include an abundant range of freshly grilled chicken, grilled meats, Italian sausage, or roasted vegetables.

I was so pleasantly surprised to have such delicious Italian food well presented by friendly, knowledgeable servers, one of whom even offered to go outside and start my car (-29!) while we had dessert! Now THAT is how we get good staff, big tips and a successful franchise. I will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow amazing service! This was our first time here and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The menu isn't large but has a great selection at reasonable prices. The food tasted delicious! I had the gnocchi and my hubby had some of the flatbread. They have a very good drink menu and I will come back for the tiramisu and gelato. My husband really enjoyed the raspberry italian soda and my son liked the nutella donuts. Seriously good! I can't wait to come back for lunch.
