★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After many years working with various holistic modalities, mainly yoga, Jin Shin Jyutsu and breathwork, I decided to do 10 sessions of Closed Eyes Neurofeedback for PTSD.
As we know, when we journey within in self-discovery, we always find another layer.
Indeed, there was.
I experienced physical and emotional releases, followed by a feeling of light heartedness, as if a big weight had been removed.
The work was taking place while comfortably reclining and listening to my favourite music.
I liked the fact that the procedure was drug free.
Brain mapping before and after the 10 sessions gave me a clear insight of my progress and also a good picture of the condition of my brain. I plan on keeping it sharp into an old age.
I would also like to express my gratitude to Sasha Tanoushka @ verus systems training, Her expertise, compassion and understanding of the human nature made the whole experience smooth, enjoyable and effective.
I would recommend it , not only for PTSD sufferer, but to anyone who wants to better him/herself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sasha is fantastic and I have benefited from the sessions we have done together. She genuinely cares for the people who she helps and it shows in the success of the people she works with. I have seen first hand how affective RTT is and it has transformed my life in such a positive way. Seeing the results of my brain mapping was scary at first but after seeing the results 21 days after my first map I was amazed. The hardest part of making a change in your life is accepting that change will come. Thank you Sasha ?

I knew that my session with her would be outstanding based on my observations. Her strong, confident, soothing voice, choice of reassuring and empowering words and the fact she listens and understands what you need ensures you a positive outcome. The session with her was beautiful - I felt completely supported, I was able to let go and just trust her to take me through the RTT process. Her being is so lovely and loving. Through the session she was able to help me understand the reason for my issue and she was help me to release the beliefs that were holding me back and help me step into an upgraded life and upgraded self. I'm feeling more free and more confident already. I cannot recommend her enough. If you're able to book a session with her, do it soon. She delivers a powerful mix of self-care, self-understanding, and healing transformation. I look forward to doing the follow-up - listening to the transformational recording for the next few weeks, and to see what the deeper and further healing and transformation brings. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started working with Sasha Tanoushka and Verus Systems Training on April 2nd.
Initially skeptical of my own ability to even be responsive to RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) I was immediately proven wrong with otherwise prodigious results.
The intake process and testing was just the beginning of what has been one of the best choices I have made in improving my overall mental and physical health.
Sasha is a true professional with genuine compassion for her clients. She listened intently to what my concerns and blockages are, and she customized a recording specifically for me that makes this program much more personal.... on a level in which it was hard to find someone to meet me where I am mentally and emotionally.
Previously plagued by doubt, confusion, procrastination, pain, insecurity and trauma.....
Sasha has helped me tremendously to stop beating myself up by redirecting my thoughts through affirmative subconscious healing.
If anyone needs help in putting the bright back into their shimmering darkness, she is your source to resecure.
I highly recommend getting in touch with Sasha and Verus Systems if you find yourself stuck. She doesn't just hand you a shovel.....she digs with you!!!

I used Sasha's neural feedback system to address both past traumas and grief I was experiencing from a recent loss. During the sessions, I felt well cared for; her willingness to educate me about what was happening and why definitely helped alleviate any skepticism I may have had.
I went into it experiencing a lot of anxiety - much of it coming from nowhere I could pinpoint. After the 10 sessions, I noticed a considerable difference: less anxiety, more of a grounded feeling.
During the sessions, I experienced a range of things, all of which Sasha assured me was normal. This ranged from exhaustion and nightmares, to people around me commenting that I "look" and "sound" better.
I would certainly recommend this service to anyone. I think it can build a great foundation for growth.

I would highly recommend this program, and any of the other services offered by VST for anyone looking to improve any aspect of their lives.
