I had high expectations based on our due diligence and our discussion with references. These expectations have been met (which is tough to do). They are a pleasure to deal with, know what they are doing and keep their commitments. I am very happy with their approach, their service and the results. Just to be clear - they are not perfect. While there have been a few small items that could have been better they still fully deserve the rating I provided and I expect that I will be happy with them for a long time to come.
