Traitement aux vers blancs efficace. Je n'en ai jamais eu, mĂȘme pendant l'annĂ©e oĂč tout le voisinage en avait.
Effective white grub treatment. I never had one, even during the year when the whole neighborhood had one.

Le pire service que j'ai reçu tout compagnie confondu. 1) Les gars de gazon prenaient 45sec lorsqu'ils venaient pour un terrain de 20 000pieds carré. 2) Service à la clientÚle de voleur qui cherche juste à faire le plus d'argent possible, ne sont aucunement professionnel. 3) Ils font tout pour que tu ne puisse pas te faire rembourser et désabonner de leur service pourri qui se renouvelle automatiquement. Arnaque de compagnie! Plus jamais!
The worst service I have received from any company. 1) The turf guys were taking 45sec when they came for a 20,000 square foot field. 2) Customer service thieves who are just trying to make as much money as possible, are in no way professional. 3) They do everything so that you can't get a refund and unsubscribe from their rotten service which renews automatically. Company scam! Never again!

MalgrĂ© le fait qu'on nous avait dĂ©conseiller de faire affaire avec Vertdure St-Hyacynthe, nous avons quand mĂȘme dĂ©cidĂ© de leur faire confiance car leur prix sont compĂ©titifs. Par contre, aprĂšs 2 saisons avec eux, je peux affirmer que je regrette amĂšrement ma dĂ©cision pour plusieurs raisons. 1 : Les rĂ©sultats sont plus que dĂ©cevant, non seulement nous n'avons constatĂ© aucune amĂ©lioration, mais au contraire aprĂšs 2 saisons nous somme en mesure de constatĂ© une dĂ©tĂ©rioration de notre pelouse, beaucoup de mauvaises herbes, beaucoup de "patch" ou il n'y a plus de gazon, fleur mauves etc (voir photos). 2 : Arrogance du service Ă  la clientĂšle au tĂ©lĂ©phone. En plus de ne pas ĂȘtre professionnel, la seule chose qu'on tente de faire est de vous vendre des service supplĂ©mentaire. 3 : ImpossibilitĂ© de rĂ©signation de contrat. Je comprend qu'on se soit engagĂ© sur une durĂ©e de temps dĂ©terminĂ©, mais je m'attend aussi Ă  ce qu'eux honore leurs engagement en me donnant un service de qualitĂ©, ce qu'ils ne font pas. Je crois donc ĂȘtre en droit de pouvoir brisĂ© mon contrat. 4 : Ils sont trĂšs mĂ©langĂ©, l'an passĂ© j'ai reçu des appels tĂ©lĂ©phonique de sollicitation mĂȘme si on est dĂ©jĂ  client (ces gens la ont au moins le mĂ©rite d'ĂȘtre courtois par contre). La semaine passĂ© des gens de Vertdure St-Hyacinthe sont passĂ©s et m'ont abordĂ© en me disant que ma pelouse semblait avoir beaucoup de difficultĂ© que que Vertdure St-Hyacynthe pourrait m'aider Ă  avoir une belle pelouse. Trouvez l'erreur. 5 : Je lis les revus d'insatisfactions des clients et des cas comme le mien semblent rĂ©curent. De ce que je lis des autres tĂ©moignages, les pratiques semblent douteuses aussi en ce qui attrait qu'a la rĂ©tention de client qui cancelle mal leur contrat. Je mentionne d'emblĂ© que nous avons parlĂ© 3 fois Ă  leur service Ă  la clientĂšle cette semaine et que la seule chose qu'ils ont fait est d'envoyĂ© un Ă©valuateur pour nous offrir d'autre service, alors quand le modĂ©rateur viendra mentionnĂ© de les appelĂ©s et qu'on va s'occuper de nous j'ai dĂ©jĂ  mes rĂ©serves. En rĂ©sumĂ© : Le prix est bon mais le retour sur investissement est nul. ExpĂ©rience client des plus dĂ©sagrĂ©ables QualitĂ© du service nulle. EDIT : Ridicule la rĂ©ponse demandant d'Ă©crire en privĂ©. Si vous aviez lu mon message vous auriez lu qu'on vous a dĂ©jĂ  discutĂ© 3 fois cette semaine avec votre service Ă  la clientĂšle.. Cette manƓuvre n'a pour but que de faire semblant de vous prĂ©occuper de votre clientĂšle comme ces messages sont publics. D'ailleurs votre copiĂ©/collĂ© n'est pas bon, Ă  midi on dit bonjour et non bonsoir.
Despite the fact that we were advised against doing business with Vertdure St-Hyacynthe, we still decided to trust them because their prices are competitive. On the other hand, after 2 seasons with them, I can say that I bitterly regret my decision for several reasons. 1: The results are more than disappointing, not only have we noticed no improvement, but on the contrary after 2 seasons we are able to observe a deterioration of our lawn, a lot of weeds, a lot of "patch" or there is no there is more grass, purple flowers etc (see photos). 2: Arrogance of customer service over the phone. Besides being unprofessional, the only thing we are trying to do is sell you additional service. 3: Impossibility of resignation from contract. I understand that we are committed over a fixed period of time, but I also expect them to honor their commitments by giving me quality service, which they do not do. I therefore believe that I have the right to be able to break my contract. 4: They are very mixed, last year I received solicitation phone calls even if we are already a customer (these people at least have the merit of being courteous on the other hand). Last week, people from Vertdure St-Hyacinthe came by and approached me, telling me that my lawn seemed to have a lot of difficulty that Vertdure St-Hyacynthe could help me have a beautiful lawn. Find the error. 5: I read reviews of customer dissatisfaction and cases like mine seem to recur. From what I read from other testimonials, the practices also seem questionable in terms of the attractiveness of the retention of customers who badly cancels their contract. I mention up front that we spoke to their customer service 3 times this week and the only thing they did was send a reviewer to offer us other service, so when the moderator comes mentioned to called them and that we will be taken care of, I already have my reservations. In summary : The price is good but the return on investment is zero. Most unpleasant customer experience Zero quality of service. EDIT: Ridiculing the response asking to write in private. If you had read my message you would have read that we have already discussed you 3 times this week with your customer service. This maneuver is only intended to pretend to care about your customers as these messages are public . Besides, your copied / pasted is not good, at noon we say hello and not good evening.

Ils sont venus faire un traitement sans mon accord en disant que j'ai un contrat avec eux. J'ai jamais mais jamais vu ce contrat.. Service à la clientÚle désastreux. T'oblige a maintenir le service. Ne désire pas résilier le contrat. notre gazon est désastreux!! Une vrai ANARQUE!!
They came to do a treatment without my agreement saying that I have a contract with them. I have never but never seen this contract. Disastrous customer service. Force you to maintain the service. Does not wish to terminate the contract. our lawn is disastrous!! A real ANARCH!!

They lost my trust! Lying about what products they applied. Was supposed to be without pesticides but clearly applied pesticides as weeds turned black... not only concerning because of a potential fine by the city who prohibits pesticides but mostly shocked at their absolute disregard for my family’s health (young children and pets).

I installed new peats in September 2019. A month later, a guy from vertdure knocked at my door and said front yard looked really good and presented a set of services they will offer me to keep it the same way. They did 1st treatment and 2 weeks later weeds start growing everywhere. I called to cancel my contract and they charged me 50% of the full contract amount for one bad service!! attention, won't recommend them ever! heard from neighbours same comments afterwards...
