★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is wonderful!! The staff are friendly and welcoming. They are professional and accommodating not only in ideal situations but all around and are always there to help out. If anyone is considering storage in Kamloops they should consider them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This storage unit is a bit outdated not so nice to look at. The storage room door that I have on my unit leaves a big open gap so rodents or water and snow would be able to get into the storage unit the holes on my door need to be fixed so they line up with the other one and then the door would be fine. They have good security there is a person who lives on site they are open until 8 pm most days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuine, kind and helpful! After having a nightmare of a trip trying to haul across provinces, it was a breathe of fresh air to stop here! Owner was friendly, gave our dog treats and chatted with us while we were stuck waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used this facility on 2 separate occasions and now we have a permanent unit so we could unclutter our garage. The prices are really good compared to anyone else in town. The young lady that works the front counter is so sweet and friendly. She is definitely part of the reason we came back a second time.....that and the location and price. But her customer service is fantastic and she makes the experience just that much better
