I highly recommend Ire, a Korean Hair Master, at Vero & Co Studio. She was able to transform my long, straight and boring hair style to a short, layered and easy to curl hair style. I have a round face and she was able to strategically layer my hair to give it a slim face illusion. It is amazing to see how cutting techniques can positively and drastically change someone's everyday look. She also went above and beyond to demonstrate how to easily curl my hair. So now I don't waste more than 5 mins to curl my hair and to look put together. She is also very skilled and well known for her hair colouring and balayage services. You won't go wrong with Ire, so definitely visit her for your hair services and treatments. Thank you Ire!!

How often do you find a salon the commits itself, its services & products to vegan & cruelty free?! NEVER! The owner has turned this salon into a fantastic place! The decor is great, the services offered really are a one-stop-shop. The location is in such an unsuspecting spot but I really hope they stay for the long-term cause it's perfect for me living next door!!

All vegan hair salon!!! I'm blanking on the name of the woman who did my hair. She was new to the salon and from Tofino. She did a great job. I had brass banding and a harsh line from an improperly melted root. She fixed it and did exactly what I wanted. Very pleased.

I use to love this salon especially because it is a fully vegan salon. I also love the owner. However, the last time I was in, the hairdresser used a dye that was either left in too long or was far to strong - as a result my hair has been falling out by the handfuls ever since. That was about 3 months ago. I was also super unhappy that my hairdresser did not do the hair cut I asked for, I wanted layers and she told me it wouldn't look good and just did a straight cut, no styling. My hair was both falling out and on top of that not stylish and drab.

Look forward to my appointments because of the wonderful atmosphere at this salon. The ladies support for each other is unique in my experience. They pass this along by the consideration shown to their clients. Everyone works together to make the clients feel important and satisfied when they leave.. You will feel very safe with how they handle all the steps to keep the Covid-19 virus controlled.

Adriana completely messed up my hair to the point where it was irreparable, and acted unprofessionally on multiple occasions with me. First, I asked for a mousy, mushroom coloured neutral brown balayage which she told me she would deliver. I ended up with a completely wrong color - a bright warm orange. It looked horrible, and not only was the color wrong, but it was not blended well or seamless at all like i asked for, and like what she agreed to do. I probably could have done a better job myself. She played dumb when I said that it was not what I asked for, and pretended that the results were correct. I asked to have it redone and fixed by her, and for our second appointment she didn't even show up. She scheduled me on a day where she was not working by accident, and when the receptionist called her when I checked in she still came in, but showed up about an hour and a half later. She went through the balayage process a second time, and it was still wrong when it was finished - way too bright and orange. A few days later I asked her for a refund, and she didn't even respond to me the first time I asked. She only responded to me when I messaged her again saying that I would get the manager involved if she continued to ignore me. No other stylist could fix my hair when I went to them, and I had to live with it for over a year while I grew it out so I could cut it off. Then, when I brought up my concerns to her on instagram after everything that happened, she just blocked me instead of owning up to her faults.
