★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a leather La-Z-Boy recliner that the back and head rest had cracked. Contacted two different upholstery shops in Vernon, and both suggested Fiber new in Kelowna. Contacted them in Dec/21, set pictures, & they quoted. Said they would be in Vernon & could pick up the first week of February. Called Feb 21st & they said they had not been to Vernon. Said they would call on Feb 25th to arrange pick up. No calls!
Took to Robert @ Vernon Upholstery @ 10:00 a.m. Friday 25th. He called @ 3:00 p.m. to say he had squeezed it in and it was ready for pick up @ less then quoted, and half of the Fiber new Quote.
Great job & service Robert. Thank you.
