★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vernon Toyota, I am very impressed.
I have been in sales for nearly 20 years, I have grown to expect a cringey experience when visiting any car lot based on repeatedly seeing car salemen poorly executing archaic sales tactics.
To my surprise, I had stellar service from Vernon Toyota.. from the warm greeting instantly from Steve the sales manager.. being handed over to Broden, where I explained to him what i needed and that i needed to buy ASAP.
Broden was the only sales guy that put in the work and followed up.. the other 10-15 lots i visited i never got a call or text despite the fact that I admitted i was a very motivated buyer.
When I purchased a new tacoma and picked it up a week later, broden was sick and at home, so dylan took care of me as if i was his own customer..
Cheryl in financing was great (and hilarious) and jason in parts also great and very knowledgeable
All in all Vernon toyota made it fun, easy, and a truly refreshing experience for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience! After searching Alberta dealerships and finding no new Rav4 in stock, I searched Vernon Toyota website and spoke with sales rep. Tyler. He listened to me and within days he had secured my Rav4 xle. Great price with no hidden add on fees. I bought the Rav4 over the phone
and couldn't be happier. Not a single thing to worry about
Tyler knows his Toyota's and is so good to work with.
Also: sales rep Dhillon was helpful while Tyler was out of the show room.Art took care of the final paper works and we were on the road. These guys know their Toyotas.Thank you Vernon Toyota! Cheers from John M Calgary

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just moved to BC from the US and needed to have my '21 Rav4 Hybrid modified for always-on daytime running lights. Canadian Tire in Kelowna is the inspection place and they can usually do the mod but they said they could not do a hybrid, I needed to go to Toyota. I made an appt at the Kelowna Toyota dealer and they said it would cost $3000 for the parts, labor was much more. While I was at that dealer I called Vernon Toyota to get a 2nd opinion. Jason in their service department said no problem, they do this sort of thing and it would be about $200. I booked an appointment and also asked them to do the BC inspection.
We drove from West Kelowna to Vernon, they gave us a free courtesy car, we walked around Vernon for about 3 hours and BAM! done.
It is rare that you run into a car dealer that is so excellent. The staff, the workmanship and the price were the best.
It is totally worth driving the 40 minutes to get my car done in Vernon!
Super happy customer, keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please listen to me, don't do my mistake of buying an extra warranty from Toyota canada because if you ever needs to get rid of your car early for any reason, you will never get any money back from them. Last warranty I bought it for 3500$ and kept the car for 2.5 month and I didn't get any money back!!!! Plus the new owner he can't use it.....not happy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to book a service with this dealership has been an issue. There are times I've tried to book a service and it goes to voicemail and I've haven't received a call back or I finally receive a call two or three days later. I talked with the manager and they are working on solutions to remedy the issue. Once you actually talk to someone its really great service. When you drop your vehicle off they treat you well.

Candi made this a pleasant experience and fit me into a very tight schedule to get the car inspected.She also helped me get it back to Kelowna by hiring a driver.
