★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Table de salon acheté il y a 2 ans. Fait avec de l'aglomere Cheap. Le tiroir est toujours tombé car les" tracks " ne tiennent plus. Je m'attendais à meilleure qualité.
 Living room table bought 2 years ago. Made with cheap aglomere. The drawer has always fallen because the "tracks" no longer hold. I was expecting better quality.

Au début, nous étions un peu déçus de la teinte plutôt fade des surfaces plaquées de certains meubles mais, avec le temps, elles ont prises des nuances plus prononcées qui améliorent considérablement leur apparence. Au final, nous sommes très satisfaits !
Very beautiful furniture, solid and well made. At first, we were a little disappointed with the rather faded color of the veneered surfaces of some pieces of furniture but, over time, they took on more pronounced shades that considerably improved their appearance. In the end, we are very satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons acheté une table de Verbois et la finition était défectueuse (photo 2 sans texte). Nous avons attendu 4 mois pour avoir notre table. Après de nombreuses débâcles avec le service à la clientèle, ils ont décidé de remplacer notre table. 2 mois plus tard nous recevons une table encore pire, avec des marques de sablage en demi-cercle ou circulaires faites à la meule à plusieurs endroits sur le dessus de la table (photo 1 avec texte). Maintenant ils nous disent que c'est normal, mais il y a rien de normal à prendre une meule et creuser dans la table 1 cm et plus de profondeur. C'était très laid et les livreurs sont repartis avec la table car c'était évident que c'était un défaut de fabrication. Maintenant ils essaient de nous faire croire que c'est normal! Je pense que le contrôle de qualité est déficient, et nous attendons toujours le remplacement de notre première table défectueuse. C'est un vrai cauchemard! Acheter une table sans l'avoir vu c'est faire confiance. Nous avions confiance en cette compagnie et nous nous attendions à recevoir une table de la même qualité que le démonstrateur en magasin, mais ce fut très loin du compte. Si vous achetez de cette compagnie, assurez vous d'acheter ce que vous voyez. Ne commandez pas quelque chose car vous aurez des mauvaises surprises comme nous si ce produit ne correspond pas à ce que vous avez vu au magasin. La qualité Verbois, c'est pas ce à quoi on s'attendait.
We bought a Verbois table and the finish was defective (photo 2 without text). We waited 4 months to get our table. After many debacles with customer service, they decided to replace our table. 2 months later we receive an even worse table, with semi-circular or circular sandblasting marks made with a grindstone in several places on the top of the table (photo 1 with text). Now they tell us it's normal, but there is nothing normal about taking a grindstone and digging into the table 1 cm and more deep. It was very ugly and the delivery people left with the table because it was obvious that it was a manufacturing defect. Now they are trying to make us believe this is normal! I think the quality control is poor, and we are still waiting for the replacement of our first faulty table. It's a real nightmare! Buying a table without having seen it is to trust. We had confidence in this company and we expected to receive a table of the same quality as the demonstrator in store, but it was very far from the account. If you buy from this company, make sure you buy what you see. Do not order something because you will have nasty surprises like us if this product does not match what you saw in the store. Verbois quality is not what we expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buyers BEWARE, when you see the products in the retail space of your choice. Products look perfect, from top to bottom (wood and painting job). - My case - waited 2.5 months to get my delivery then I got a table where the painting job was NOT homogenous. Not normal, especially if u are never told about it. Yes, expect some imperfections due to the nature of the material (wood, and the grain), but not this type of painting imperfection. At least before you buy, tell all clients this could happen, make them sign a clause in their contract.. YES I ACCEPT that .........I was not... so I got a table that looks has a cheap coat of paint. Their excuse is, That is completely normal..... In their defence...After waiting another 3 weeks, they sent a replacement part with a worse defect than the original. On a phone conversation I was then told Im the only reporting the issue, nobody else in CAD or US reports it. I sincerely doubt it....Great customer service!!!!!3 stores I visited I saw the table, was so pretty and perfect. Instagram posting looks so nice, website catalog looks amazing, color pallet is perfect...I spent 4 months looking for a dining table and this was the only thing that fitted my style. I wish I could say I am so very happy with their products but instead I will say I will never ever buy this brand again, and I will surely not recommend to anyone. Stay away if I were you. Merci Verbois....Fait au Querbec, ca fait saigner avec votre qualite et service a la clientele ben ordinaries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can give them less then 0 star I would do that!!!!!! I went to upper room to get my furniture. Everything on my order was good but I received everything Incorrectly. I blame upper rooms warehouse AND also verbois !!!! I was informed verbois was good quality brand and made in Canada, therefore I ordered everything from them. Take a look at the pictures. I selected the mocha wood color and I receive a faded wood, horrible color looks so cheap. Better to buy from Walmart and Structube instead. I asked for an ivory fabric for my stools and I end up getting one leather stool and one grey fabric stool!!!????? The finishing is horrible …. I asked for brass gold for my buffet, coffee table and end table and they send me SILVER instead of BRASS. Don’t ever buy anything from Verbois! Horribleeeeeee products so ugly and cheap… even if they offered me this furniture for free I will never take them. Used furniture from Value Village are better !!!!! I promise …. They couldn’t even assemble my buffet because verbois didn’t send all pieces !!!!!!!!!!! Stuff made in China are way better!
