Process was a little longer than normal times...but totally worth it. It is beautiful!! The craftmanship and attention to detail of the trailer and equipment finishing blew me away. It is everything I requested to the max. I don't think I could be more excited. Steve and Niki were there for every request with information and assistance. Since building the perfect truck was a very important for my company, we made a few trips to see Niki and no matter how busy her schedule was she was always there to let us see improvements on the work or answer our questions. We had also a few questions on a product that we wanted for our truck and she helped us with all the research. Our truck is still in really good shape after 2 years and whenever we have a problem or question Niki answers promptly with answers, she provides a great customer service! I really like the company since it is a family business and all the venture team put their heart into their work. Really recommend it!

Everything was completed according to the style I was looking for on a tight budget. The owner, Will, also offered his own creative input - we added a skylight on his recommendation and aesthetically it makes a huge difference!

"This is the nicest and best built food truck I have ever inspected" "Wow, I never have seen a walk-in fridge and working area so nicely done in a food truck" "The artwork, chandeliers and great cake are a unique combination. Congratulations!" We at Lady M are very pleased with our truck. We just need COVID-19 to subside so the truck can reach it's full potential!

We got some great initial advise from Will, and worked with Niki during the build process. She is so resourceful, kind and supportive. We enjoyed the "turn-key" built Niki provided, while she respected our opinion and always make sure to get our input on important factors. It started with her sourcing our sprinter, and she and her team worked through everything interior and exterior. We picked up our completed truck on our second visit, with all documentation prepared and safety inspection completed and ready to drive it home. We were also grateful for Niki's promptness in responding emails and calls when we needed her advise. We live in Toronto, but visiting Venture Food Truck in Napanee is definitely worth the drive. The good thing about partnering with professionals is that we can leverage the insights and experience from them. We are very satisfied with our experience working with Niki and the team, and believe Venture Food Truck is a trustworthy partner to us.

He spent months with me going through all the details that best suited me and my business. There was no pressure no misinformation, everything about the project was put up front. Venture food truck discloses everything, nothing is hidden. Steve was very professional with just enough of a personable attitude, the perfect balance. He was impeccable when it came to keeping an open communication with me. As a team Venture Food Trucks are matched by none. I got to meet some of the staff, and I have to say, these guys are artists in their own rights. When I picked up the truck from their shop to drive back to Newfoundland, I could not believe the amounts of compliments from people after they had seen the inside of the truck. I can't express enough how wonderful it was to deal with Venture Food Truck family. Thank you so much all of you.
