Unfortunately there is no star less that 1. I've been trying to get a hold of some one to rectify an issue with me account. The customer phone number goes in a loop and you can't get anywhere. And when you do get a voicemail again nobody returns your message. I will never use this company again.

Absolutely terrible! Delivered on the wrong day. β€œForgot” to count bottles as returned. Continued to bill me for delivery after the service was cancel. Avoid this company like the plague!

1. Billed for 3 bottles which were returned. Faxed the company the error but most recent bill is still charging me for this. 2. Do not deliver on date supposed to requiring repeated calls. Oak Hills Water was taken over by Canadian Springs. A bigger company is not better.

I usually don't leave bad reviews but this company is special . Ordered 1 time . They continued to deliver water . Accepted and payed the second bill and asked for my account to be closed . Sent a third deliver which I did not accept and made them pick up . Now they have sent an invoice for it ..... Which I will not pay . Good luck to anyone who deals with CS . Now I won't even buy their product at a grocery store .

I know people tend to write reviews when things are bad but I am happy to write this because I think they deserve it. I have never had a single issue with Canadian Springs as our office water providers and I look forward to seeing them again soon!

Worst delivery service ever. We signed up for the convenience of home delivery and were given a delivery schedule. We had drivers show up on days they were not scheduled and leave more bottles even though our empty bottles were not outside (of course charging me the $10 deposit for each additional bottle). On days they were scheduled to come and bottles were out, they did not show up and I had to wait a further two weeks for my next delivery date. Needless to say, we had run out of water and were needing to purchase weather elsewhere. When I finally cancelled my service for poor service, I had to call numerous times for bottle pick up, each time being promised they’d be picked up in a future date. We finally had to insist on speaking to a manager and were told we could take the bottle to a retailer for our deposit refund. I’m surprised if that was an option that the first customer service rep I spoke to when cancelling my contract had not suggested that. The customer service people are lovely and powerless. They overpromise, and the company consistently under-delivers.

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. Three 18.9L bottles of water have cost me 58.39. When I tried to cancel my account, it took them four days to contact me to tell me they couldn't find my account. Once I re-sent the account information, they asked me to reconsider their great prices and customer service! When you're charged six dollars for an empty return, and subsequently 8.99 for a full bottle, plus a five dollar energy surcharge, that gets awfully pricy for water! Buyer beware.

After years of schlepping our bottles to the grocery store to refill, I am so happy to have Canadian Springs water delivery to our cottage. So easy and the water tastes fantastic. Thanks CS for the great service!
