★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay Away! Called them on the phone because my daughters Macbook Air's harddrive failed & the Apple store was busy due to Iphone launch. Quoted me approx. $250.- on the phone if it indeed needed to be replaced. Brought it in, paid $60 diagnostic fee they called me back the next day quoted me $ 450+ Tax to replace 128 GB SSD. Apple does it for nearly half that!!! Wait and get it done right for a fair price....

I would give zero stars if I could. Not only did they fail to do their job, they also damaged my computer.
When replacing my system board, they failed to use a recovery disk, which, as confirmed by Lenovo, they should have known to do. At least this can be fixed however.
There were several scratches on my laptop at pickup, some of which were very deep. When I asked about it, I was met with a series of nonsensical and even contradictory responses. Their first response was to say that the scratches are small. They then said that there's no proof these scratches weren't already there. Then here's the kicker: they then backtracked and said that if this (scratching) was a "sensitivity", I should have told them before -- as if wanting them to not scratch my laptop is a special request! When I responded with that, I was only met with further nonsense, including being asked, "what about those fingerprints you're making now?" I'd have thought it was common sense that fingerprints are not even remotely comparable to indented scratches. I'm completely stunned by their carelessness and disregard. I can't even comprehend what happened here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst company and should be stripped of their " apple retailer" certification. I recommend no one go to this store and just go to the Apple store no matter how far it is. Venture computers will charge you for services that are FREE FROM APPLE and their quality of work is complete BS. They did not fix my computer at all and charged me for services that are FREE AT APPLE. I had to call Apple Care to fix my computer and again it was FREE - this company is a complete scam and they also kept Mac Keeper installed in my computer, so truly they did nothing.
Also Judy that left a review here is the office manager (I believe) and Jeff works there as well, so really those are not FAIR AND HONEST REVIEWS!

His service was friendly and efficient, and he was able to turn a very stressful situation into a pleasant solution focused plan of action. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even during this Covid-19 pandemic, Venture comes through. The service is by appointment only, but still if I have an issue of any kind with any of my three Apple devices, Venture Computers of Canada still comes to my rescue. Recently, I started using Dropbox Plus. It wasn't easy for me, but with time and patience, the Venture Service team and particularly Scott Tiillart helped me learn to use this application. The Apple Store makes no guarantee. The Venture Service Desk is reliable and responsive, and all the technicians are highly skilled. If I have a problem, they will fix it. My first stop shop is always Venture and I’ve never been disappointed. Thank you, Venture. Keep up the great work! This time, you really saved my life because my life – I am a writer/journalist and I am deaf – is in my computer technology. Without my iPhone, my iPad and my MacBook Air, I cannot communicate with the world. Heartfelt thanks, Venture!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venture Computers is my definite 'Go To' place for all of our business IT related needs - they are easy to work with and very responsive, and helpful all the time. It's great to know that they are an email or phone call away, and knowing that they can be relied on for any procurements. Their service is absolutely wonderful unlike other vendors, that experience can be a challenge. Our account manager has been very positive, communicative and awesome to work with, and they've always gone way above and beyond to ensure that we're taken care of no matter what the context is - they are there to help.
