Je n'ai pas eu à faire affaires à 3-4 corps de métier. Ils sont repartis avec les vieux équipements. Bonnes explications pour le programme Chauffez Vert. Efficacité!
 Change of my oil furnace, water heater, air exchanger, heat pump, removal of the oil tank. Efficient team during removal and installation. I did not have to do business with 3-4 trades. They left with the old equipment. Good explanations for the Chauffez Vert program. Efficiency!

Suite à l'installation de notre thermopompe, quelque petit truc ne faisait pas notre affaire. Ils se sont occupés ne nous rapidement. Le tout a été corrigé professionnellement. Une compagnies qui se soucie de leur clientèle et de leur satisfaction.
Je recommande fortement.
Excellent service, especially after sale.
After installing our heat pump, some little thing did not suit us. They took care of us quickly. Everything has been professionally corrected. A company that cares about their customers and their satisfaction.
I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai dû appeler à trois reprises pour demander un rendez-vous et chaque fois on me répond qu’un technicien me rappelera. Les personnes qui répondent aux appels ne semblent avoir aucune connaissance du fonctionnement des garanties, des délais pour obtenir un rendez-vous et des coûts liés au service. Une boîte vocale serait sans doute plus pertinente.La garantie prolongée (qui nous a été transférée par les anciens propriétaires) est une véritable joke. Je ne peux pas juger du service et de la compétence des techniciens puisque trois semaines plus tard on ne m’a toujours pas contacté pour prendre rendez-vous. Clairement le pire service après vente. Ne perdez pas votre temps.
I must have called three times to request an appointment and each time I am told that a technician will call me back. The people who answer the calls do not seem to have any knowledge of how the guarantees work, when it comes to getting an appointment, and the costs associated with the service. A voicemail box would probably be more relevant. The extended warranty (which was transferred to us by the previous owners) is a real joke. I cannot judge the service and the competence of the technicians since three weeks later I still have not been contacted to make an appointment. Clearly the worst after sales service. Don't waste your time.

Personnel très professionnel et courtois qui prend le temps d’expliquer et de répondre aux questions.
Je recommande fortement à tous les niveaux!
Excellent service from this company and this team. The heat pump works wonderfully and their price is very interesting for having compared a lot with many companies.
Very professional and courteous staff who take the time to explain and answer questions.

Asked for specific things in the quote and was provided entirely different things during the installation with excuses and backtracking.
Poorly soldered connections at the heat pump unit resulted in requiring servicing after 2 years (apparently not covered under warranty).
Asked for fully sealed joints in the ducting and after humming and hawing they finally accepted taping all joints (despite being willing to pay for fully sealed joints).
No key-ways in system to balance air flow and asking for them, they said they would come back and measure the registers and adjust them there...never happened.
System was poorly designed and to this day has never been able to maintain a stable temperature throughout the house...there's a 6 degree difference between upstairs and downstairs, a 4 degree difference between the main floor and upstairs and when the temperature is above 26 outside, the system can't bring the internal house temp under 24 degrees.
The after installation support is abysmal and the lack of attention to the clients requests is pitiful.
It took far too long for me to write this review but after a short 4 or 5 years of living with the most poorly executed HVAC system ever conceived in a house, I felt the need to warn other shoppers.
