★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai fait la location d’une excavatrice pour une journée de fin de semaine donc 8 heures de travail.
La livraison c’est fait le vendredi comme prévu. A son arriver il m’explique comment fonctionne la machine.
J’effectue le travail proprement et sans endommager le tracteur pour ne pas à avoir des frais supplémentaire. Lorsque je termine les travaux ,samedi midi, je lui lance un appel pour qu il puisse récupérer ce magnifique kubota. Il me répond je vais y aller Lundi tout en sachant qu il n’ y a aucune surveillance à cet endroit. Le lundi il m appel et me dit que son radio a été voler !!! Et il veut me le faire payer. La porte n’a pas été forcer et aucune vitre de cassé !? Je ne savais même pas qu’il y avait un radio dans le cab! Finalement il change sa version après un autre appel et il me dit que c’est juste la façade du radio!!! Les assurances de vol et dommage que j ai pris ne couvre pas! Arnaque? Mal entendu?

 I hired an excavator for a weekend day so 8 hours of work.
Delivery is made on Friday as scheduled. When he arrives he explains to me how the machine works.
I do the job cleanly and without damaging the tractor so that I don't have to pay extra. When I finish the work, Saturday noon, I appeal to him so that he can recover this magnificent kubota. He tells me I'm going to go on Monday knowing that there is no surveillance there. On Monday he called me and told me that his radio had been stolen !!! And he wants to make me pay for it. The door has not been forced and no glass is broken !? I didn't even know there was a radio in the cab! Finally he changes his version after another call and he tells me it's just the front of the radio !!! The theft and damage insurance that I have taken does not cover! Scam? Misunderstood?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le gars au comptoir riait de moi à chaque fois que je posais une question sur un outil que je voulais louer. Désolé de ne pas être connaisseur comme vous, monsieur. Je l'ai trouvé très arrogant. On n'est pas tous des experts. Aussi l'outil que j'ai loué n'etait pas bien entretenu. Nous avons dû retourner pour demander un affutage. Encore il a éclaté de rire comme si on était con de vouloir que l'outil soit correctement affuté. Franchement, attitude détestable.
The guy at the counter laughed at me every time I asked about a tool I wanted to rent. Sorry not to be a connoisseur like you, sir. I found him very arrogant. We're not all experts. Also the tool that I rented was not well maintained. We had to go back to request a sharpening. Again he burst out laughing as if we were stupid to want the tool to be properly sharpened. Frankly, loathsome attitude.
