L	LuTube on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are riders that know bikes. Great service, awesome store, bump track, camp sites, washroom with showers, you name it they do it. Bought two bikes at an amazing price, drove 1400km return to pick them up the deal was so good. Worth the drive. After riding my Farley 9.6 for 6 weeks a crack in the top tube formed. It took a bit but Jan got Trek to send me a replacement Frame. I am confident most of this was because he kept on them to make a decision. Thanks Velorution (Jan) for your help. I still love my fat bike. Used to rabbit 7 high school cross country races last week, it was the best bike for the job by far.

The bike was skipping on gears 2-5 and I thought they may have to replace the rear sprocket (it showed signs of wear). They just made adjustments and it is now running great! I highly recommend them! Down south, they would have tried to sell me a new bike.

Nope, they don't have it and would have to be ordered and would take a long time to get here. She just had a ccm bike. They didn't seem too concerned about helping me. They are more concerned with the people with the 5000 dollar bikes talking about their BMWs and wine tasting parties. Won't be going back.

After a phone call confirming the availability of rapid shift gear changers, I grabbed my friendly expert on bicycle mechanics to accompany me to pick up the parts needed to complete a rebuild. Upon arrival we were told that one of the parts was not in stock. It was then revealed that the associate had miscounted the number of gears. There was no further attempt to order the proper part or to even apologize for the inconvenience, for wasting my time and fuel to arrive only to be disappointed and disrespected with attitude. I will not recommend Velorution in the future.

My gf and I left with and feeling that this is what other shops should model themselves after. Congrats on your 10th anniversary I'm sure you will have many more. PS the pump and tool placed well out front are a welcome sight for those in need. Kudos
D	D CL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a flat tire they replaced the tube rode it 1 time flat again. Charged me for the tube again and wanted labor charged. They never took the steel staple out of the rubber under the tube so it wasn't inspected properly before replacing the tube the first time so why do I have to pay twice if the job wasn't completed and properly checked? Never going back because it was a huge argument and they knocked off the labor and I paid the tube price and left never going back ever.

I bought it from behind old garden river rd location, then they move to Hiawatha and expect a bus rider to be able to make it out there. Jan says he will deliver it. Nothing ever happens despite several phone calls. Just a bad experience. From the latest reviews , its seems like a trend. Also, Jan tried to charge me $25 over the quoted order price.
