★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place. No one answers phone in their own claimed hours of operations. They forgot yo mail my license to me after 3 months of passing the course and submitting the payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really really bad service. Over one year investigation and it was a complete waste of time. VSA is NOT here protecting consumers at all. If you experience misrepresentation of any kind or a scam at a certified dealership DO NOT waste your time here. Go straight to small claims court instead. VSA is a waste of time and energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic experience at VSA Langley location The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Made it very easy to find the location as well and the parking lot was super clean and spacious.Totally recommend you to come check it out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of time. Dragged this out for almost a year and then closed my case with no help. I had at least 5 different people work on this case and disappear or change hands without any warning. This made me have to re-tell and re-email all the info over and over again. Don't waste your time. It's sad that VSA exists to waste consumers' time and not to protect our rights at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a complaint against a dealer with legitimate concerns.
What a waste of time.
They protect the dealers not the consumers and overall, “a toothless tiger”.
The agent found the dealer not to be in any error or infractions. Seriously a waste of time.
Even after a dealer asked me to commit insurance fraud and they didn’t even address this.
This is my experience and opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total waste of time! They are basically there to help dealers not the consumers. Their so called investigation is just limited to their phone and chair. Don’t even bother to check camera recording at dealership. They believe what dealers says. I had to withdraw my complaint I couldn’t stand Ross Cote’s laziness. I was advised to hire a lawyer. I provided all the proofs to show how I was cheated but who cares. I wished I could give “0” stars.
