★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to get a blood test, waited for so long while no one was at the front desk. door was locked and even when I called, to let them know I am waiting, no one picked up. even their break hours are not posted as a specific time. this is the second time this happens as it happened to my brother when he went for a blood test before. the person who was responsible for blood test is Olga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today the nurse practitioner has called and left me a voicemail me, asking me to return the call to further discuss a matter. I called the receptionist and told him I am returning the call of the nurse but he told me there no reason for returning the call. I insisted on tell him that the nurse want me to call her but he blocked me and said no. I asked him to connect me with his supervisor and the lady she blocked me from returning the call to my nurse. I am really disappointed about such behaviour and I am going to formally complain about that, especially because I still have the nurse’s voicemail message.
