★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negligent, had used them to close for a home on recommendation of mortgage agent, they did not submit transfer and billing details to all parties they were required to do. As result I am now being held responsible for extra charges that shouldn’t be charged. In addition they made many grammatical errors on closing documents that were generated. All of these things have negatively affected all parties including myself

Our closing was already late and our mortgage instructions from the bank reached to him last moment, and it did not look like we would be able to finalize the purchase of our first property. But he took the task head on, asked us not to worry and finished our closing within 2 hours. He literally saved our day and helped us finalize the purchase of our first house. He is very responsive and professional. I would recommend anyone to use his services if you are looking for a good lawyer. Thank you again for your help!
