★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fantastic family friendly little campground. Only 9 sites and is completely first come first served. The lakefront sites will fill up early. We stayed one night on the highway side then up early to get the lakefront site for the next few nights. Washrooms are outhouses but seem kept up well. (Dont smell the worst lol) there is a water pump but water has to be boiled to use. Firewood sold $8 for 1 bundle or $15 for 2. Will be back.

Lakefront is nice but constantly hassled from others to get your spot. Bring a big sign saying "NO, we aren't leaving, and my dog will bite you if you come into my site."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful wild camp here. Only cost me $18 a night basic facilities. But quiet and well maintained. The lake is clean, good for swimming, and fishing. I caught some huge white fish and carp. Small town nearby was easy to get supplies from. The campsite is next to the road but small so you do feel the solitude.
If you are a fisherman, there some good sites with you own mini beach. Security was not a problem. Could leave my fishing gear out overnight all there in the morning. Small animals around at night looking for food scraps nothing big brown and scary.
