★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Varsteel is a supplier I deal with regularly through my employment and on more than one occasion when I have been in a panic or needed something outside of regular hours the sales team has always done everything in their power to accommodate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely brutal service. Phoned three times and received different stories/prices each time from three different sales reps. Phone #1, order doesn't meet minimum dollar amount ($150) , Phone 2nd time with larger amount, price is increased per stick. Phone 3rd time to pay over phone, I am informed that minimum order amount is $200 (hurriedly corrected when I questioned it) and that the second price I received "seemed very low" and that it couldn't be correct. Ended up going in to pay and waited 30 minutes to get 4 pieces loaded. If Varsteel has customer service training, I would highly suggest that this office go through it again or at least go to Grande Praire with a notepad so that they can see how stuff should be run
