★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Millennium Metals, while providing acceptable products, displays a profoundly offending customer service. While interacting with their company I found my self subject to sexism, and experienced belittling on multiple accounts. In addition to this, Millennium Metals failed to return calls, answer direct questions, and follow through on guaranteed delivery dates. Rob, the owner of Millennium Metals, was the main perpetrator of these actions and one can assume permits his employees to act under the same discretion. Under no circumstances would I recommend interacting on any level with Rob and his employees, or their company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You know what, I tried them again, and they are pretty good. my previous version of this post I didn't give them a good chance. went in recently and It was good. kind of confusing as to where and who to talk to sometimes as the office layout is different but you get use to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ed is my go too guy! I purchase most of my aluminum from them and think they deserve a chance to earn your business. Always been treated with respect and understanding by the team there. As for this ridiculous 1 star rating from a previous customer, if you write "assume" in your review while slandering a business, I "assume" you're probably the problem!

I couldn't even be mad at them, though, because of the immediate, professional, and sincere way in which they handled the error and the options they provided to make amends. Hey, mistakes can happen to anyone. What you afterwards counts big time. Thanks for caring, even for a small order like mine! Oh, and the quality of the goods and delivery time were great, too.
