★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a truck at the beginning of the month at this location and after checking back twice Uhaul phoned the day before the move and told me no truck was booked for this date! Do not trust this location for anything important as your moving truck may not be even booked as it happened to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE THEM! I cannot stress enough how BAD they are. See pictures of the holes in my walls, the damage done to my furniture, they didn't even close the lid to my piano before the "wrapped it" and then placed the slats to my daughter's bed on the keys! They didn't wrap my very expensive furniture in the pads provided, even when I stressed repeatedly that it was very important. When I saw the inside of my truck I told them we were done. Just leave. They put my TV on an angle on its back, upside down, and then put my rolled up area rug on top of it. I haven't opened it yet to look, but if it's not destroyed I'll be amazed. My $2k dresser was put in the truck UPSIDE DOWN, with nothing under it. I'm sure the top is destroyed. They put the top rails for my canopy bed at an angle, with no support, under boxes. They put wardrobe boxes in on their side. I have to find new help today to unload and reload the truck completely and access the damages they did yesterday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! What a difference new management makes! We used these guys for a UHAUL recently and we’re blown away at their professionalism and efficiency. They got us a uhaul trailer with very short notice and we’re so accommodating. We were so impressed with their service! Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT USE!!! Movers were not professional movers. They dropped several boxes, almost stacked heavy dishes on an extremely fragile box (I caught them just in time), carried boxes upside down, had NO clue how to pack a U-Haul truck, and damaged my walls and a pony wall shelf. Contacted owner several times while they were at my house, but no action was taken. She claimed they were professionals the entire time. She also demanded that I give her the payment code before the movers enter the house, stating they won’t enter until I give them this code. This is FALSE!!!!! You are not supposed to give that code until after the job is finished and you are COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the job!
