Actual movers were friendly and kept us informed throughout the day. I reported small damage to one chair and a claims person was supposed to get back to me. Even after I sent a reminder email, there was no response. Thus a lower star rating.

We have never used a moving company before and had no idea where to start or how it works.
From the minute I called Good To Go Moving and spoke to Karen I felt good about who I was calling, she made me feel at ease, comfortable, and that my move was in the best hands.
To say we are experiencing a family health crisis is an understatement. Karen picked up on that immediately and made us feel like we were her priority.
Her sincerity, care, concern and compassion for us and what our family is dealing with was exceptional and definetly exceeded our expectations,
It was certainly more than we ever expected, you just don't get that kind of detailed service anymore, it is truly appreciated!
What we thought was going to be a nightmare and headache to set up and arrange turned into a very heart warming, stress free experience thanks to Karen Anderson.
I can not tell you what that means to us. We will never forget how well she treated us, and how she really made us feel like we had the best people doing our move.
I will certainly recommend her and your company to anyone and everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty poor experience from start to finish. We actually had them deliver a couch from Costco the week prior. Which was totally botched. Unfortunately we didn't take this as a heads up to the experience we would have. And booked them for our house move.Things were rushed. After they showed up a half an hour late.They smashed my son's dresser. Gave us 50 dollars off to "cover it". They then left the broken dresser pieces all over the floor after saying they would take it. Remember that brand new couch they delivered the week prior? In the 5 min drive to our new house. They lost 2 of the cushions and are now denying responsibility. I say they're denying . But they don't answer our phone calls so our realtor had to get a hold of them to try and figure it out. Now, a month later, after receiving the runaround and essentially being ignored. We reached out to our lawyer who sent them a letter of intent. All of the sudden, they were willing to cover our couch. Please. Do yourself a favour. And stay away from this company.
As one last slap in the face. They booked a 4 hour window to pickup our old couch that they had to cover. And never showed up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They showed up delivered on time but I had bought assembly as well as delivery. They disconnected the existing washer/dryer attempted assembly and said " they didn't know what they were doing, we'll send someone out tomorrow". Tomorrow arrives, I phone head office and no one knows anything. Washer/dryer still disconnected. They also removed pads that weren't supposed to be removed. Incompetent..... do not allow them to assemble your things
Update: they sent a crew the next week to assemble the washer/dryer. They were able to do everything that was necessary. The rating is upgraded to reflect their ability to fix things after their initial visit.
