★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Setup in the shop, I didn't purchase anything but the manager was great at answering all my question regarding the setup I currently have. I wasn't pressured in to buying anything and still felt welcomed. Will definitely visit again spend some $ when I'm back in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a repeat customer for half a year now. The product is always as advertised but the customer service is pretty hit or miss. The lady is plain awful; doesn't seem to be familiar with the stores products and will sell completely wrong things, even when told specifically what I am trying to accomplish with my purchase. I always bring my vape in with me so I can get the parts I need. But, the lady just doesn't seem to give two damns about customer service. The fella that works there seems to be more on the ball but if the lady is manningt the store your better off just buying online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sure your store and product are great, but something to note is that your staff is selling to minors. i found this vape and receipt hidden in my 15 yr old son's room. The blame is on him for doing it, not VapouRevolution, but I just thpught you should know as in the future your store could get into some trouble by selling to minors...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime except for once that I've gone here, I ask for a specific box of atomizers, and a specific top and never get the right one. And because they are in packaging I can't open them to see if they're compatible. Its only when I get home, take them out of the package and start filling it with liquid I realize that they're the wrong ones. I have spent way too much money on stuff that isn't compatible.
Very frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with my friend and boyfriend to check it out for the first time. I didn’t have my ID and had to wait outside (fair enough seeing as previous reviews have mentioned issues with selling to minors). However, I felt that the girl behind the counter was quite rude about the whole situation. Then, she refused to sell to our friend and said his ID was fake even though he had his fire arms license, Indian status card, and health care card. That’s a pretty awful response to him considering he was there a week ago and was sold product by the same girl.
If it was about my boyfriend and I not having IDs, it should have been handled a lot differently. I had no issue going to get our info, but we didn’t even get a chance. Pretty awful first experience and definitely a last experience for us. FSJ will be where we go from now on.
