★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in about six weeks ago with a broken tank glass. The staff totally hooked me up and rebuilt my tank for me with new coil, went out of their way to find replacement glass. By far best and friendliest service I've ever received in ANY retail establishment (not just vape shops)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought an Aegis X here and it stopped working nearly a month after buying it. Despite the 1 month warranty being just expired I was given a more expensive replacement mod, no problem. Some of the best customer service I've experienced anywhere, and I've never walked away unhappy.

I was having trouble with one of my mods & they did everything to make sure before I left that I was 100% completely satisfied. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nice store and good service, but the people who work there tend not to wear masks, which made us pretty uncomfortable. As I walked out I heard the cashier cough. Unfortunately despite the quality customer service I am inclined to avoid this store now.
Avoid if you're immunocompromised or are in contact with vulnerable people, just in case.

Recently purchased nord 2 and I had some issues with the coil strength. I like to smoke below 15W, relaxed, don't like to draw hard. So I went back to the store and got the coils exchanged for FREE!
VapeKing guys are very helpful, informative and resourceful. I am enjoying my vape while reviewing.
