β β β β β Everytime we being our pool sample. They are able to diagnose it perfectly. Maria was so patient and knowledgeable. She knew my personality....and coached me carefully. Let's just say I had a lot of work to do to get the pool water perfect! She offered up a coupon and the membership. Who doesn't love to save money? She also made great suggestions so I would be able to save. Pool looks great again! I should also mention Vantage pools put our pool in over 20 years ago. We do not get away much so it is lovely to come home to our own paradise! Thank you!

β β β β β Would give no stars if possible. Terrible workmanship, so many issues and problems. Had a pump recalled, ordered a new one from the manufacturer, Doug from Vantage said they have to install it, instead of installing it they installed an old dirty used one, and took my brand new one sent from the manufacturer! Wouldn't provide me a serial number to prove they gave me a used one.
Problem after problem with this company. Had a large custom in ground pool built. The biggest regret was choosing this company. Doug misled us about several important items, pricing, etc. Left holding the bill for a terribly built pool.

β β β β β Giving 3 stars for now, I've been in a few times to buy products for a small 4000g pool. Employee was belittling and a bit rude. And trust me I NEVER review or complain about anything. Pretty thick skinned. And now even on may 30 2020, this is the only store in the entire vicinity that wont let you in, makes you wait outside and sends out employees in masks to bring your requested items. I can go to little ceasers and grab a pizza but cant go to this medium store to grab some chlorine pucks.... these people need to lighten up and serve the WHOLE community.

β β β β β Rhett and his team are very professional people to deal with. Although, there was some difficulty of my purchase of the pool heater to start with, Vantage's team made my experience without stress and even lighting speed to correct any problems. I will definitely recommend my friends to them.

β β β β β Very friendly and professional, troubleshooting discovered the problem and took the time to explain the problem and how to keep the cost down and continue proper maintenance. Very happy that my hot tub is now working again

β β β β β As a rule I generally try to post positive reviews, however contact with this company was one of the worst experiences Iβve had in years. When I called to talk about in ground pools, the individual who answered the phone told me to enter my information via their website. Thatβs understandable since this could be the most efficient way to gather necessary data. When doing so their website sent back an error. Seems technical failure, no problem Iβll call them back. This is when things went wrong. I was told it was my fault and to try a different computer, which i had prior to calling back, and had the same result. Then he said its happened before. I asked if there was an email i could just send to so I would not have to continue to re type my info and requires paragraphs. Their reply, βnoβ. Their office gets 30-40 leads a day and it wasnβt possible. I asked to just talk to someone, βnoβ. Can someone call me back βnoβ. Then I was reminded βyou said you werenβt in a rush, canβt you just wait until later and try the forms againβ. Yes, true, I am looking to install the pool come spring, but my day doesnβt stop, I have lots of stuff I could do, other than retyping their forms or writing this review. Even when I said, I feel our conversation needs to be heard by people running Vantage, I was encouraged to do so. Here I am. Hoping someone at Vantage Pools knows that I may have been only one of the 30-40 βleadsβ in a day, but I tried to hire you. I guess Iβll move on. Iβm sure you provide great quality, but I canβt even get in the door.

β β β β β The team at Vantage were extremely professional, efficient and solved the issues we were having with our pool on the first call. I was very impressed by how informative they were as well - these guys knew where to look, what to do, and what information to provide me as the pool owner. I am already recommended their team and will do it again!

β β β β β Poor service booked for the pool close fr the date and they said there is no way to confirm the approx time that they will come and told me I cannot do much except to say at the yard all day. Not even able to confirm it is morning or afternoon. And they used my card to lock the date three weeks prior and cannot even tell me approx when. I cannot simply take leave and wait all day.
