Vancouver Umbrella came through with the easiest instructions on how to place and order and get exactly what I was looking for. Jennifer was great to work with from start to finish, she helped me customize the umbrellas to my liking. I love the size, the quality and the font I chose. I cant wait until our game to give them out! thanks again ladies!

We were previously buying the exact same umbrella with our printed logo on it, for more than double! I am so happy with the sturdiness, and the quality of the print. We will continue to shop here for all our lobby umbrellas! 5 Stars. Highly recommended. Our sales rep Jennifer was so great! she was easy to work with and made the process seamless and simple

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience to begin with. Ordered custom umbrellas and they were well priced. They arrived in time and were easy to assemble. But then one of the arms inside the umbrella broke after 3 weeks and a gust of wind. I contacted my salesperson and they asked for a photo and details which I provided right away. I was then told it would be next spring and they would sell me a replacement.... 9 months - really!
Then a week later I got an email from them letting me know that I could order more new umbrellas and have them shipped right away (spam email)
Not a great experience, especially after spending a considerable amount of money and supporting another Canadian company.

We have ordered 1000 per batch with custom logos and they delivered in a very reasonable timeframe. They ensure the details of our logos design are accurate, and the proofs are easy to understand to confirm. The quality, durability and custom logo are excellent and our clients like receiving them. (Our staff like taking them too). We will continue to order with them.
