★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for a number of years now for regular check-ups. From the reception staff to the Dentists, everyone has made every visit I have had a delight. I travel quite far to go to Vancouver Smile Studio and I will continue to do so.
My hygienist is professional, calm, and knowledgeable about the latest techniques and my dental history. Overall, I would give Vancouver Smile Studio in North Vancouver the following ratings:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a group of female dentists who care for their clients in a skilled, professional way. The moment you walk in, you know you're going to have a positive outcome: it's a cohesive, high functioning team providing a cheerful environment and capable service. No wonder they have been around for so long.
For years, my father has gone to this group ,The Smile Studio .As he has aged, he needs support to travel to appointments, so that's where family steps in.We are given a complete discussion of our father's needs in a way we understand. Further, Dr. Gallen takes her time to point out how the procedures support general physical health, much appreciated reminders.
Thank you for taking such great care of Dad.

She never made me feel rushed during my appointment. And the entire staff was great from the moment I walked in! Such a professional but warm environment. 100 % recommend!!

The staff are friendly and very thorough, asking questions that I hadn't been asked before during the first onboarding appointment. The protocols in place are COVID safe and I felt very comfortable in the office. Dr. Gallon is upbeat and engaging and I'm happy with the work that was done. It makes going to the Dentist a very different experience when you can sense the entire team cares about you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Gallon and her Entire staff from the minute I enter the door, make me calm, comfortable and I always feel welcome. I have had terrible dentist experiences in the past before I made the best choice to go the friendly and knowledgeable team at Vancouver smile studio! They are always so kind, understanding and non judgmental on taking in my medical history and going over my teeth condition, making my dentist appointments now pretty much anxiety free! Everyone is very easy to talk to about any questions or concerns I have and they explain everything clearly, also they are great at providing a lot of information on proper oral hygiene techniques. Hands down the best dentist office I've ever been a patient at, and now I wouldn't go elsewhere after finding Dr.Gallon and her lovely team.
