You pick the oil, then pick the one of the three bottle sizes. Oils are changed twice a year, with the northern hemisphere and southern hemisphere harvests. Explore and pick one that fits your style.

My girlfriend wanted to get some olive oil so she started filling up a bottle, then the lady barked at us that the staff fill the bottles and not the customers. That would be useful information to tell someone when they come in the store. The lady had a look on her face that could melt paint. Maybe you should explain how things work before taking a condescending tone.

A couple of my favorites here include: Mango white balsamic, Persian lime olive oil, garlic olive oil. You can get really creative with the flavors and everything is as natural as they can be. Just ask the ladies there for help if you can't decide; you get to taste all of the olive oil and vinegars too!

No cruets here, but MAN OH MAN they have a tasting bar for flavoured olive oils and balsamic vinegars? Sounds strange, but seriously just go there and taste a few. We ended up leaving with a Persian Lime Olive Oil , Coconut Balsamic, and Blackberry Peach Balsamic (?); these combinations are AMAZING on salads! Will return. Will give as gifts. Wish they had small gift sets with 3x 20ml bottles because these would be GREAT as gifts!

They have amazing balsamic vinegar selections with some really unique flavours. The chocolate one is fantastic on vanilla ice cream.
D	Daniel Naumann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the Espresso and Dark Chocolate Balsamic vinegars. Slight aromas of each when I open the bottles. When I tried both of them with bread, I got simply the nice fruity balsamic taste. The chocolate was a bit thicker than the Espresso. I tried them again with a plain extra virgin olive oil on bread but could still only taste balsamic. Then I tried a spoon of each and could detect coffee and chocolate. Later I tried the Dark Chocolate again with avocado and could taste the chocolate clearer. Now I'm getting into them so I will experiment and see what foods bring out the flavours. I'm also curious to try both on vanilla ice cream. So far we've had the Arbequina olive oil, and the BlackBerry Ginger and Fig Balsamic vinegars, all delicious. Will be back for more. BTW, I see some comments mentioning there is only street parking, but there is an underground parking lot accessed from the alley behind Trafalgar Mews. Otherwise there are non-metered spaces on Larch and Trafalgar above and below Broadway. Daniel
